[TYPO3-RTE] no links in TYPO3 4.2.2 or 4.2.3

Hey Joe,

you do not have to downgrade your dam version, only do the following 
changes to both your rtehtmlarea and dam configuration:

When using dam 1.1 (the svn-version) in ExtMgr

- for dam make sure that media tag and htmlArea RTE integration are checked.

- for rtehtmlarea make sure that Enable the DAM media browser is NOT 
checked. Then everything should work fine again.
