[TYPO3-RTE] Table operations disappearing suddenly

Hi all,

I have a web site running TYPO3 3.8.0 with the latest possible version 
of HTMLArea (1.2.0). Everything was fine when the table operations 
suddenly disappeared without apparent reason. Has anyone experienced 
something similar?

TableOperations are in the list of loaded plugins, hiddent buttons are 
just the following:

RTE.default.hideButtons = fontstyle, fontsize, underline, lefttoright, 
righttoleft, textcolor, bgcolor, emoticon

I activated the debug output, but it doesn't seem to output any error:

Any hints?
