[TYPO3-RTE] spellchecker - language problem

hi group,

i have installed the spellchecker on a multi-tree site with different 
languages, but in every part of the tree the spell checker is only 
offering the default language. the different languages are installed as 
aspell dictionaries.

i read about installing a website language record
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/rtehtmlarea/current/view/4/5/
but what is this?

i have defined the language of every subtree in ts:
e.g.,
page.config.language = en
page.config.locale_all = en_

any help?
