The next version will add Page TSConfig properties to configure table 
operations dialogs:

disableAlignmentFieldsetInTableOperations, 
disableSpacingFieldsetInTableOperations, 
disableColorFieldsetInTableOperations, 
disableLayoutFieldsetInTableOperations and 
disableBordersFieldsetInTableOperations

will disable the coresponding fieldsets in all table operations dialogs.
