Then there is a problem in the way the TS template is used. Maybe a typo
in the TS Setup, or two TS template on one page (with the top one being
used and all others being ignored), or a "stop page tree" or "is root of
website" checkbox being set in one of the pages in the rootline.

You can go down the pages in the rootline from the root to the single
view page and check on which page the setting disappears.
