[TYPO3-piwik] Can not install 1.0.4 from TER in TYPO3 4.5

Hello Klaus,

you may download it directly from TER:
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/piwik/current/

And upload it into TYPO3 (small up arrow).

Additionally you may use the context menu on the piwik row in the remote
tab to select a different version - hope i remeber right.

PS: I will take a look why there is a version 2 in TER.
