[TYPO3-piwik] Can not install 1.0.4 from TER in TYPO3 4.5

Hello,

I am using TYPO3 v4.5 and would like to install the extension piwik.

If I understand it right, the newest release of the extension piwik should 
be 1.0.4 from 2011-02-17.

The Extension Manager only shows version 2.0.0. Should I install that 
version? I couldn't find out yet how to download older releases in the new 
EM from TYPO3 4.5.
