[TYPO3-piwik] Can not install 1.0.4 from TER in TYPO3 4.5

This is also version 2.0.0.
But I got it here: http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/piwik/1.0.4/

In the old Extension Manager TYPO3 4.4 it was possible to select the version 
you want to install, but this feature seems not to exist yet in the new 
Extension Manager or I just did not find out how to do it.
