[TYPO3-project-formidable] PHP Warnings after installing ameos formidable

Hi,

i installed ameos_formidable to install the seminars extension.
after the installation i got the following errors:

I think all these warnings could prevented, if the parameters which are
passed would have an & in the function deklaration.

I'am using php5 and typo3 4.1.1

oh and i have no real chance to modify the php.ini
i could only modify the following options:
