[TYPO3-project-formidable] PHP Warnings after installing ameos formidable

Hi,

it seems some occurrences of this already have been fixed. I've attached
a patch that removes all other occurrences that I could find. In
addition, it removes commented-out code (code that is commented out
shouldn't be checked in IMHO).
