[TYPO3-project-formidable] Questions about new serchform-and-list concept

I think it can be done like this... in adding search criterias to the URL.
But won't it be simpler to have only a sort of flag ?
like &issearching=true

and then, if $_GET["issearching"] != "TRUE" -> clean the search session...
