[TYPO3-doc] Deactivating documentation at typo3.org

Hi all,

We currently have the documentation at typo3.org address which goes into
the OTRS ticketing system. I am the only one with the responsibility to
answer these mails. In general it's okay because there are very few
serious requests to answer to.

We had severe spamming problems in the past, then the situation
improved. Since 2 weeks now, massive spam is back and the server team
can't help, since it seems like mailboxes handled by OTRS do not go
through the usual spam filtering. The situation is now hopeless and I
have decided to ask for the discontinuation of the
documentation at typo3.org address. The message to noise ratio is simply
far too low.

While I regret having to take such a decision I think it is not too bad
as people can be directed to the forum version of this mailing list [1].
It's even better IMO, since it will allow more people to answer. And
personally I would also rather much answer mails here rather than in the
OTRS interface, which is not so pleasant to use (and we really don't
need all the ticket tracking features).

The only drawback is that we need to edit all official manuals, but
that's an effort I'm willing to make.

I wanted to inform you before making the move in case anyone has a
solution, but - after an exchange with Steffen Gebert - the situation
seems rather hopeless.

Cheers
