[TYPO3-doc] Integrating "Disqus" on docs.typo3.org

Soren Malling is working on DisQus integration for TYPO3 (not necessarily typo3.org). He is willing to look into usecases to see if DisQus would fit. I don't see any objections personally of using DisQus. I only see advantages. Like mentioned in some previous reactions the mere fact that we are on the internet means we are being monitored. The fact that Snowden blows the whistle, which is great in my opinion, should not make us surprised all of a sudden. It is in the line of expectation that stuff like this happens. 

This thread is meant to get opinions of people and could get us to a consensus at some point. The TYPO3 Association can also be part of weighing the pro's and cons here.
