[TYPO3-doc] Integrating "Disqus" on docs.typo3.org

Hi Bastian,

I have postponed answering this thread until now because I really don't 
know what's best. On the one hand it would feel better having our own 
commenting system, on the other hand Disqus is really full-featured and 
nice to use (I use it on my personal site).

I guess quite a few Open Source projects use it too, not to mention 
those that really on closed source systems (like Github) anyway.

I think that's not necessary up front. Or not at all if there are 
security concerns. Although it would of course be nice to allow users

Frankly I think this point is moot. What was revealed further since then 
is that pretty much every country is collecting all traffic data. So 
unless we want to setup our own commenting system with encrypted data 
transfer, it's rather hopeless.
