[TYPO3-doc] TYPO3 Introduction Package with Winstaller

Hi there,

the .htaccess was generated in the default version. The AllowOveride 
(which I found at TYPO3_4.5.6./Apache/conf/httpd.conf) is set to "all". 
Should be ok like this...
