[TYPO3-doc] Translations in Dutch

Honestly I don't know :( But I have pretty much the same question. Stating 
mid-next week, I plan to invest quite some time into getting started to 
adopt it to the changes and new things in 4.5.

IMHO there are three possible ways:
(1) Copy content to wiki, adopt and push back for new release (as with TS in 
45 min)
(2) Use svn-lock and change it directly. Use proof read before release for 
peer review.
(3) Use svn-lock, but apply change tracking and let reviewer approve 
changes.

For (1): We will need to split it to chapters, because the whole getting 
started is too big for a wiki page. I do only like this solution if we can 
have some kind of approved public version in the wiki (like in german 
wikipedia). I don't know if the structure can be preserved while copying 
back and forth (images?).
This is the nicest solution for newbies through, as you do not need to know 
anything about SVN.

For (2): I kind of dislike it because it has poor pear review.

For (3): I favor this one, because its seems to be the easiest with rather 
good peer review. But it needs svn access and I don't know if this preserves 
the structure (parser a T3o?).


For translations ... as long as there is only one maintainer, just go ahead 
and copy the original and start translating ;) I think Francois has created 
directories, otherwise the will tell you how he wants to have it :)
