[TYPO3-doc] DocBook: Build Chain / Rendering Pipeline

Hi all,

Just for info, Sebastian first contacted me by PM to discuss the topic 
and I told him that we could "officially" start this discussion in the 
mailing list. So here we go! :-)

The rendering is of course a major part of the whole DocBook migration 
project. The design/templating is currently being started in parallel 
(more information will be available as soon as relevant, we haven't 
officially kicked it off yet).

All those who have skills in the rendering area should feel free to help 
with this large task.
