[TYPO3-doc] double byte trouble at wiki site

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your support, I hope those problems will be fix
in future.

Also, we are using bugtracker system at  http://bugs.typo3.org/
which one is collect or we are using both system....  If
possbile, please let me know.  Thank you.
