[TYPO3-doc] double byte trouble at wiki site

Hello Kazu Hodota,

forge is the new system. It's one todo to move the mantis-entries to forge.

for the asian-charset-problem I've set the finish-date to a week 2008-06-11.

Do you want to keep your wiki-contribution-todos via forge? If yes, I
can add a category for it (="Wiki Japanese")
