[TYPO3-doc] purpose of wiki/ your tips

Hi Jakub,

it gets less complicated when we remove the OLD structures and replace
it step-by-step into the optimal structure. It doesn't make any sense to
restart from scratch. Some people tried it and they burnt out. I don't
want that anybody burns out!!!! So please be patient with it and go step
by step.

Your idea to focus on ONE topic - Getting Started - is VERY good. I
never did this, because I HAD to focus on the wiki-features. You can use
the categories (please try to use the existing ones like BEGINNER and
DEVELOPER) and you can use the tagging (also here try to use the
existing ones like "php.ini" and "TypoScript"). If you need more
categories and tags then *please* ask before - so I can explain
something I just help you a bit for starting that.

kind regards
Daniel Brüßler
