[Typo3-doc] Vision for the doc team

Hey guys, while we're trying to set goals and all that, how about this for a
vision:

get.docs.right

I know it's nothing especially original, and it doesn't convey a huge
amount, simply that we want to get the docs right... (Hmm, what we need is
Ortho-docs-y, haha.*)
