I like this idea/principle. The only downside is to get enought 
people (or people with enought time) to do it...
Maybe we/you should start only with a few documents? I could 
certainly do it with "my" documents (ie Basic Upgrade).

I think we all agree on that! I have printed most of the non 
extension documents by now...

I think you should consider using the wiki Talk pages for this 
kind of things. It could be prepared with sections like:

  - Rating
  - Comments
  - Suggested improvements
  - Changelog
  etc
