[TYPO3-dam] DAM index check fails and doesn't delete invalid entries!

There is a bug with deleted files in the index check, see
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/44953

We wrote a patch for it, see https://review.typo3.org/17915

Please try it and see if it fixes your problem.
