[TYPO3-dam] DAM index check fails and doesn't delete invalid entries!

Hello list!

I have just posted a problem I've found when deleting recursively a folder.
Now there is obviously the next bug in DAM:

I told about files not marke das deleted although their directory has been
deleted by the DAM BE module.
So I now used the tool section to check the DAM index. I used the index
check, available in BE module DAM->Tools.

I run index check and it displayed a lot of files. Most are ok, but some
failed. Then I looked into DB: There are now files marked as deleted which
hadn't been before.
After "really" deleting these files in db by an SQL query, I run the index
check again. And I'm very surprised that there are "broken" index entries
again.
I deleted entries again in db. And there were still some invalid entries in
DB.

Conclusion 1:
You can't rely on the index check module!
When checking all files in DAM index, it outputs of the entry is valid or
not, that works so far.
It also marks entries (as deleted) who failed the check. But not all file
entries wich failed are marked. And that's also a real problem.

Conclusion 2:
DAM seems tob e not really usuable now, as you can't rely on the integrity
of the index.
This is a real problem as the index check also fails!
