[TYPO3-dam] Custom views in dam frontend

Hi Carmen,

how do you set up, that a file belongs to a group? Because there are 
differnt ways to solve that problem.

You can set up categories which are restricted for usergroups. A user 
will then have access to a file, if he has access to all categories a 
file belongs.

You can set up access for each file. Per default, user will only see 
files, if the have access to.

Custom filters is a planned feature, but it is planned, that a user can 
build up his personal file selection.
