[TYPO3-dam] Bug or Not? Module Media>File showing selection-icons

Can't confirm.

What I noticed, is that sometimes clicking on File will bring up an 
upload submodule, but the submodule selection would be set to List. That 
is a bug. But double clicking the File module doesn't change the center 
frame.
