[TYPO3-dam] Bug or Not? Module Media>File showing selection-icons

Ahoi,

In a 1.1.1 and also in an svn version I discovered the following behaviour.
- Fresh Backend-Login
- Click on Media > File
    >> OK the pagetree shows what we would have expected: the dir-based-tree
- Again Click on Media > File
    >> ooops;
the pagetree shows the dir-based-tree AND the categories and the 
filetypes and even more,
and all of them including the += signs;

So to re-cap: double-clicking "File" in the Media Modul resultsin the 
abvove behaviour;

Can anybody confirm this behaviour (and eventually bugfile the issue 
please)?
