[TYPO3-dam] Bug or Not? Module Media>File showing selection-icons

I just discovered, that the described bug "only happens in: MSIE, Safari 
and Mozilla; only Firefox seems not to be affected.

Q: Can anybody confirm the above, and optionally in case yes point me to 
the right code-section so I may debug it?
