[TYPO3-dam] merging extensions

Hey guys,

while thinking of a rewrite / integration of dam_catedit yesterday and 
today, I thought the same: Should be integrated into Media > List, 
definitively. Why? If the dam-catedit would work right now, you'd have a 
full category to edit / manage this (rather small but important) part. 
We can make it more usable, clearer when integrating again. The old 
functionality of this module stinks anyway.
