[TYPO3-dam] merging extensions

Hi all,

In TYPO3 4.2 the extension dam_catedit is broken. But I think (by  
intuition) that it's easy to fix.

Currently the dam allows for manipulation of categories through list  
view. This will have to do for those clients that you sold plain dam  
(no extension) to as a working product (the trunk version still is ;-).

Question is:
- fix current dam_catedit and release at the same time as 1.1
- integrate dam_catedit into 1.1
- integrate dam_catedit into 1.2

Should we vote for this?
