[TYPO3-dam] merging extensions

Wouldn't it be cooler to drop dam_catedit and have the category edition 
"in-place" (in the Media > List) view, just like it is in the Web modules?

I mean there is already a category list in the Media > List view, there 
could be a context menu over the category names to edit them, create new 
ones or delete them. After all that is all we need to do with categories.
