[TYPO3-dam] external files in DAM

That's an interesting feature, but there is a lot to account for... a 
lot of DAM's operations assume the file is accessible via the filesystem 
- making it accessible via URI would change a whole lot. That's the 
reason that you can't create DAM records directly (although you could, 
through the list module, but that's not recommended).
