[TYPO3-dam] external files in DAM

DAM works well with NFS, so even if files are on external server, as 
long as directories are symlinked or mounted somewhere in fileadmin, DAM 
will handle them just fine.

We use an iSCSI for all storage, and files are accessed from multiple 
servers, which mount the shared directories. DAM works just fine.
