[TYPO3-dam] Disable "Module info" and "Debug output"

I forgot a hardcoded line which enables the devel option always.

Comment the line 212 in dam/lib/class.tx_dam_scbase.php

# tx_dam::config_setValue('setup.devel', '1');


Will work then
