[TYPO3-dam] Disable "Module info" and "Debug output"

Hello everyone

I disabled "Module info"  and "Debug output" by setting tx_dam.devel=0 
in the user tsconfig, in the page tsconfig and I disabled it in the 
Extension Manager settings of dam, I even tried to set it with the 
SHARED settings for the mod.

It seams to be ignored, or I don't understand the documentation right.

Can someone give me a hint, how I can disable it?
