[TYPO3-dam] BE users can not see many of the DAM options.

Hi!
I have got a message by one of my BE users. (He's not an admin user) He 
complained, that he can not see many of the DAM information and input 
fields of the list module when he has clicked on a pencil. At first I 
wondered about but then I have tested it myself. Well, it's right. There 
are only the following iformation shown and / or editable:
Overview
-Location
-Date
-Categories
Metrics
-Color Space
-Metrics
Copyright
-Creator
-Publisher
-Copyright
-Ident Key
Extra data
-> tab is there, but nothing inside
Usage
only file usage: "File reference
The file is not used.
File copy
The file is not used."

So I wonder what I do wrong.. The user is no admin user, but he has 
rights to access and edit all categories, and he's able to use media 
folder. He has live access, access to file&list dam modules and he's 
allowed to modify dam tables. Access to the file system is also allowed..

So what do I do wrong?
