[TYPO3-dam] DAM, RTE, <media> and ts_links

Hi Thomas

Tracking references is needed for RTE fields, I agree.

But this will not make it in the 1.1 version. Espacially the support for 
non-tt_content tables is needed and that is not a quick hack.
