the one follows of the other ... if people are in the position of the core
they have the special responsibility to integrate the work of the
satellites in the first place. It they overload themself instead and don't
find this balance it leads rarther to frustration than applaus ...

I know this feeling pretty much. If you take poeple serious, asking them
for proposals or commonts directly they suddenly get pretty silent, even if
   they are talking and talking in every other situation. That's one of the
mysteries of life. It's often more efficient to collect comments than
directly asking for them. At least one need to ask pretty often.

Sebastians and Martins posting are from short before new year, when only
few people read the lists ... Who should answer to postings from last year?
Most people don't even read postings from yesterday. :-)
