I really can't see where efforts from CRG or ECT have not been taken
serious by the core-team (except maybe some last minute request before
4.0 final).

I doubt anyone wants to discarourage you or anyone else from suggesting
improvements.

Right, and 4.0 has on behalf of CRG made a jump from let's say 70% to
about 90%. And as you might know, the last 10% always carry 70% of the
total workload.

Maybe I missed a lot of points but imho 4.0 has improved a lot on these
matters. There are a lot of changes that were part of other extensions
or requests from this group, and now integrated in the
core/css-styled_content.

Maybe it is really rather a matter of communication if you say that the
core-group has disrespected a lot of proposed suggestions and
improvements by CRG/ECT?

IMHO it might help if we invent an 'accessibility' category in the
bugtracker in Core-project so we can really have an easy overview of all
these issues. What do you think?

At least I can assure you I am all in favor of improving this matter but
also I must admit that I can't spend my whole (spare) time on this.

Greets,
Peter

P.S.: To me it is demotivating if people say the core-group doesn't know
what they're are doing or if the improvements 4.0 has made are neglected.

P.S. II: I miss comments/discussions/engagement in threads like
