Use some filter to reduce spam in your inbox.

I don't think, there are 100% solutions to keep spambots/ harvester out 
and be accessible. Anything a browser can render and display 
(javascript, css, entities...) is not safe from being found by spambots.
I don't like the idea, to keep some people out. You get spam anyways, at 
least to those RFC-compliant addresses (webmaster, info, ...)
