[TYPO3-commerce] idefa_commerce_paymentlib

Hi,

I see that you use Typo3 4.5.5 and commerce 0.12.7. According to Ingo 
Schmidt you should use commerce 0.13 with T3 4.5.x, which is available 
only through svn. Also, check up the recent post.
