[TYPO3-commerce] Default tax

Hi Morten,

Thanks for your reply. Let me be more specific.
On the article input form you can add a VAT rate to your article. When 
you install extension commerce__germantax you get a selectbox in stead 
of an input field. Through EM you can setup default tax, ie 19.00. Now, 
when I add an article to a product (in simple mode) the VAT is still 0, 
and not 19.

There is also a TSconfig setting, but that doesn't help either:
mod.commerce.category.defaultTaxValue = 19.00

Basically, I'd like the VAT field to be 19 by default, so I don't have 
to change it every time I enter a product/article.
