Hi Rik,

Your not giving us a whole lot to work with based on that description ;)

however I think that maybe the problem is that the price you enter isn't 
being applied to the other price ( ie if you enter gross, net isn't 
calculated by tax? )

If that it the case I'd check the extension settings - there is a 
setting to toggle how prices are being calculated ( based, 
gross/net/missing/none )
