[TYPO3-commerce] Commerce billing and delivery address in the confirmation email

Hi Marijn,

did you check if the addresses are stored correctly in the Database and
if the fields are properly filled with the userdata? In the template
file the markers for the address are set correctly? Do you see the order
in the Commerce Order modul, is the address there correct?
