[TYPO3-commerce] Commerce billing and delivery address in the confirmation email

Hey Georg,

Thanks for your quick response.

The address information from the user is send to the address book and
shown there, also there's a user generation for the e-mailaddress. The
only thing missing is the same name for the user and the user e-mail.
Because in the addressbook there's no name and in the user information
is only the e-mail and password shown.
Also the order is show in the commerce order module with all the
information about the user; the name, address, email etc.

Hope you could help me.
