[TYPO3-commerce] Commerce billing and delivery address in the confirmation email

Hey I'm new on the typo3-commerce list,

I have got the following problem with both of the confirmation emails
(admin and customer):
In both emails no billing and delivery address show up, only the
titles are visible.

I have tried different templates, changes in the database, changes in
the TS Config and also in the constants, but nothing seems to work. I
hope anyone can help me out with this.

I'm working with commerce 0.12.1, the latest version from the SVN,
tt_address 2.2.1, dynaflex 1.11.0, graytree 0.2.1 and com_ordernumber
0.1.1.
My TYPO3 version is 4.2.10
