[TYPO3-commerce] commerce_ext - pdf-invoice

Hi Chris,

Go to "Ext Manager" -> "Commerce" scroll down about half a page to find 
"Invoice Page Type" here you enter the page type number for pdf's - now 
from the ordre view ( under Items ) when you press "Print Invoice" you 
should get a pdf file.
