[TYPO3-calendar] Recurring events in cal 1.4

Hi Thomas,

now it works.

Perhaps emphasize (bold) in the manual the phrase "pageTS" in step 3. I 
read some times over it and wondering why it is not working in my 
typoscript setup ;-)
