[TYPO3-4-3] Get rid of source+dummy, source and dummy package

Hi,

we all know that users think TYPO3 is not easy. And this starts when 
they want to download. What is dummy? This is a correct question and 
there is nowhere a good answer. Having 3 download links is the next that 
irretate.

So my goal was to makle that easier, and as dummy only contains some 
folder and 4 files i thought, why not create them on the fly. Then we 
have only one package for complete and for update, and file copy + 
folder create is an easy job
