got it finally, see screenshot.
I used a simular method with a general iframewindow class. I register 
the links with:
Ext.ux.IframeWindow.register("a.typo3-csh-link", 600, 400);

so all of these links are automatic opened in an Ext Window (non-modal, 
resizable etc)
